For best results, start using Mederma PM Intensive Overnight Scar Cream as soon as your wound healed. Do not apply to broken skin. Make sure the scab has come off naturally and any stitches have been removed. On older scars you may start using Mederma PM Intensive Overnight Scar Cream immediately. Continue using once nightly for at least 8 weeks on new scars and 3-6 months on older scars.

Mederma PM Intensive Overnight Cream is formulated to complement the natural night-time restoration process. It contains Tripeptol™, a skin nourishing complex with peptides, collagen, and antioxidants that promotes healthy looking skin while you sleep.
There are several differences between Mederma PM Intensive Overnight Cream and Mederma Advanced Scar Gel. One is cream based and the other is gel based. Both help to reduce the appearance of scars and can be applied once daily (or nightly). Mederma PM Intensive Overnight Cream is formulated to assist the skin’s natural restoration processes. The cream contains Tripeptol™, a nourishing complex with peptides, collagen and antioxidants that helps to promote healthier looking skin.
Mederma PM Intensive Overnight Cream is not intended for use as a facial moisturiser. Mederma is indicated for use on scars resulting from surgery, accidents, injury, burns and acne.
While parabens are preservatives commonly and safely used in many skin care products, Mederma PM Intensive Overnight Cream was developed as a paraben free formula to meet the varied needs of consumers who prefer to use paraben free topical products.
